Royal M Hotel & Resort By Gewan Al Aqah Beach in Fujairah seeks a Guest Relations Officer who speaks Russian to provide personalised assistance to guests, with a special focus on Russian-speaking guests, manage VIP arrivals, anticipate preferences, and coordinate special requests.

You will collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa and other departments, maintain guest confidentiality, and record feedback in Opera PMS while delivering professional service throughout the stay.

Qualifications

• Experience in Guest Relations or Front Office in a four- or five-star hotel or resort.
• Fluency in Russian and English both spoken and written.
• Experience using Opera PMS preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and service-recovery skills.
• Professional appearance with guest-focused attitude.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to coordinate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests, especially Russian-speaking guests, with warm, personalised service.
• Assist with VIP arrivals, departures, room orientations and special arrangements.
• Communicate confidently in Russian and English handling enquiries and feedback.
• Review daily arrival lists, coordinate amenities, celebrations and guest preferences.
• Maintain a visible, professional presence in the lobby and guest areas.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and follow through to closure.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, Recreation, Engineering and other departments.
• Provide accurate information about resort facilities, dining venues, activities and services.
• Record guest preferences and feedback in Opera PMS.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and comply with service, grooming, safety and data-privacy standards.
