Job summary

Fairmont Fujairah Beach Resort is seeking a Guest Relations leader to maximize guest satisfaction across all touchpoints from arrival to departure. You will personally greet VIP guests, coordinate with Concierge and Butler teams for events and services, and ensure flawless recognition and service for repeat guests.

The role emphasizes luxury standards, strong communication in English and Russian, and the ability to manage approvals, amenities, and guest requests with precision.

Qualifications

• Strong English and Russian communication skills.

• Ability to deliver luxury guest experiences with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of Guest Relations to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Greet VIP guests personally and coordinate with Concierge/Butler for events and services.
• Maintain repeat guest history, recognition, and special requests.
• Prepare amenities and notes prior to guest arrival; handle complaints and follow up on actions.
• Promote Inter-Hotel sales and in-house facilities; liaise with hotel teams for smooth operations.
