Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in hospitality, guest relations, front office, or similar guest-facing role.
• Confident in creating personalized and memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Additional language skills in Russian, German, or French are highly valued.
• Knowledge of hotel systems such as Protel is an advantage.
• Warm, engaging, service-oriented personality.
• Thrives in a dynamic luxury hospitality environment.

• Collaborating with colleagues across the resort to ensure every guest journey feels seamless.
• Turning feedback, requests, and challenges into opportunities to exceed expectations.
