Job summary

Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas is seeking a Room Service Order Taker to coordinate service requests and ensure prompt action for guest satisfaction. You will take orders, know menus, and recommend options to guests while maintaining professional appearance and strong guest care.

The ideal candidate has a hospitality degree or diploma, excellent English, and basic computer skills; willingness to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and to cover other areas as needed.

Qualifications

• You should ideally have a degree / diploma in hospitality with preferable previous experiences in a similar role.
• Good English communication skills are essential.
• Computer Knowledge and additional language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all Room Service requirements and ensure immediate action for guest satisfaction.
• Take and place orders courteously, efficiently, and promptly.
• Know menus and promotions and make recommendations to guests.
• Answer Room Service telephones and maintain grooming standards.
• Report issues to the supervisor and attend SOP training.
• Be flexible to work in other areas as required by the supervisor.
• Familiarize with internal policies and safety procedures.
