Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process and confirm guest room reservations by phone, letter or fax.
• Input reservations into the system and handle inquiries and requests.
• Stay updated on promotions and rate structures; apply rates accurately.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and upsell when appropriate.
• Maintain filing systems and generate reports as needed.
• Promote good public relations and maximize business.
• Keep an accurate room status and monitor emails/voicemails
