Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly from arrival to departure.
• Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain strong relationships with Front Office staff and assist guests.
• Stay knowledgeable about hotel services to answer guest queries.
• Supervise Concierge team; assist with luggage handling.
• Manage messages, mail, and packages for timely delivery.
• Create and manage duty rosters to ensure coverage.
