Job summary

Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas is seeking a dynamic Door Attendant for its Front Office team in Abu Dhabi. You will provide professional, guest-focused service to ensure memorable visits and smooth operations across arrival, greeting, doors, keys and handovers.

The ideal candidate has vocational hospitality training and excellent English communication, with strong interpersonal abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Computer skills and additional language abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities are essentials.
• Computer Knowledge and additional language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm and engaging service.
• Greet guests upon arrival in a warm manner.
• Open car doors for arriving and departing guests and escort them to the lobby.
• Control all guest car keys and ensure cars are delivered within 10 minutes upon guest request.
• Forward guest complaints or problems to the manager on duty.
• Ensure an effective handover between duty shifts.
• Demonstrate understanding of hotel policies and services and know facilities and happenings.
• Establish, promote and maintain good public relations while meeting or exceeding guest expectations.
