Job summary

Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas is seeking a passionate Front Office Butler to deliver professional, personalized service to guests in our villas and suites. You will welcome guests, conduct orientation, serve as the main contact during stays, and coordinate with various departments to fulfill requests, ensuring a memorable experience.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of Front Office experience, excellent English communication, and a proactive, guest-focused mindset.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of Front Office experience in a similar role.
Good English communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
Computer literate; Opera experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests upon arrival and conduct a general orientation of the Suite / Villa.
Act as a point of contact for the guest during their stay and assist with arrangements.
Identify and anticipate guest needs and ensure personalized service.
Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to fulfil requests (in-room dining, restaurants, laundry, spa, etc.).
Liaise with other departments to discreetly access suites/ villas when guests are out or with consent.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of suites/villas facilities and technology.
Inform guests about hotel facilities, services, promotions and activities.
Update guest feedback using QMS / Glitch / PMS.
Be present during guest departure to bid a fond farewell.
