Job summary

A leading delivery platform is seeking a Manager Rider Projects & Processes to lead strategic projects and optimize rider processes across MENA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in a fast-paced operations-heavy environment, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and exceptional stakeholder management abilities. This role will be instrumental in ensuring operational efficiency, managing multiple projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the rider experience. Employment type is fulltime, based in Dubai, UAE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a fast-paced, operations-heavy environment, preferably in ecommerce or logistics.
• Strong data modeling skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with an ability to influence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement process standardization and best practices for riders.
• Manage stakeholders to align strategies with business goals.
• Own multiple projects to improve rider experience on the platform.
• Set up workstreams and communication flows to address blockers.
• Lead a small team of senior specialists to streamline rider processes.
