Job summary

Visa is seeking a senior FP&A professional for the CEMEA Planning COE in Dubai. The role focuses on end-to-end Oracle EPM revenue forecasting, governance, and analytics, partnering with FP&A, Data Science and business teams to automate processes and enhance accuracy.

The incumbent will own planning methodologies, sequencing of cycles, and monthly close, delivering standardized outputs and insights to senior management across the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Oracle EPM revenue forecasting capabilities and governance.
• Develop baseline revenue and P&L forecasts; perform variance analysis.
• Lead monthly close and outlook reporting with data validation.
• Partner with FP&A, Data Science, and business teams to drive automation.
• Drive AI-enabled forecasting enhancements and process standardization.
