Job summary

Amazon Web Services EMEA Dubai FP&A team is seeking a seasoned finance professional to drive forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis in support of regional growth. You will build financial models, define KPIs and partner with Sales and跨-functional teams to inform strategic decisions.

The role focuses on delivering actionable analyses, presenting to senior leadership, and shaping both short- and long-term financial plans across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field or experience in relevant finance roles.
• Speak, write and read fluently in English.
• Experience in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and interpreting financial results.
• Experience using financial models, KPIs and data analysis to inform business decisions with proven business impact (e.g. savings, improvements or customer benefits).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Leaders to develop and implement strategic initiatives creating financial frameworks that drive data-informed business decisions and maximize ROI.
• Build and maintain reporting metrics and KPIs with narratives to help partners understand performance trends and actions.
• Perform complex financial analyses and develop scalable mechanisms offering insights on drivers and growth opportunities.
• Present financial summaries and business insights to senior management with clear communication of complex topics.
• Drive short and long-term financial planning across orgs to align with strategic objectives while maintaining strong financial controllership.
