The Manager, CEMEA Core Revenue Planning will play a key role within the CEMEA Planning Center of Excellence (COE). Reporting to the CEMEA Planning COE Regional Partner (Sr. Director), this role is responsible for the end‑to‑end Oracle EPM revenue forecasting process, including forecasting methodologies, planning drivers, system enhancements, governance, reporting, and planning cycles. The role serves as the central hub for revenue planning, forecast accuracy, analytics, and finance transformation, partnering with FP&A, Data Science, and business teams to drive automation, standardization, and AI‑enabled forecasting capabilities.

Essential Functions

• Forecasting & Oracle EPM Ownership: own Oracle EPM revenue forecasting capabilities, governance, and enhancements; deliver baseline revenue/P&L forecasts, variance analysis, and planning cycle coordination; drive forecasting automation, AI capabilities, and forecast accuracy.
• Forecasting & Oracle EPM Ownership: Own Oracle EPM revenue forecasting capabilities, governance, and enhancements; deliver baseline revenue and P&L forecasts, variance analysis, and planning cycle coordination; drive forecasting automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and continuous improvements in forecast accuracy.
• Revenue Planning & Baseline Development: Own revenue planning methodologies, driver frameworks, forecasting logic, and allocation models; develop and validate domestic and cross-border revenue baselines, yield assumptions, and FX impacts. Manage yield and pricing forecasting methodologies and allocation frameworks; maintain revenue tagging and allocation structures to support consistent forecasting and reporting.
• Monthly Close, Reporting & Analytics: Lead monthly close and outlook reporting, including data validation, variance analysis, and management insights; deliver standardized forecasting outputs, reporting packages, and supporting documentation.
• Cross-Functional Partnership & Transformation: Partner with FP&A, Data Science, Technology, and business stakeholders to improve forecast quality and planning effectiveness; lead EPM testing, deployment, process standardization, automation, and AI‑driven enhancements.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial planning processes, methodologies, and best practices, as well as proficiency with financial planning tools and technologies.
• Strong understanding of Visa systems, planning processes, and data sources.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to operate with high credibility in Visa’s matrixed environment, with clear accountability and decision rights.
• Ability to identify opportunities to standardize key FP&A processes and improve efficiency across the finance organization.
• Experience in the financial services industry, with knowledge of industry‑specific trends and challenges.
• Experience with advanced forecasting techniques, predictive analytics, and statistical modeling to support baseline revenue planning.
• Experience implementing or optimizing financial planning systems and processes.
