Job summary

Visa in Dubai seeks a Senior Director CEMEA Acceptance Product Lead to shape regional strategy and drive growth across the CEMEA region. You will partner with Global teams, align regional roadmaps with Visa OKRs, and ensure seamless go-to-market execution for Acceptance products.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive client-centric solutions, and oversee pre-sales, implementations and post-launch optimization while steering governance and regional initiatives.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in the payments industry with 8–10 years in product strategy development and product management.
• Proven track record using data and analytics to drive insights.
• Experience delivering product and business solutions in payments technology and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Execute a multi-year CEMEA regional strategy for Acceptance products with regional nuances.
• Partner with Global and Regional teams to deliver on-time, on-budget products.
• Develop and deliver regional roadmaps aligned with Visa OKRs and local market needs.
• Go-to-market execution including campaigns, pricing guidance, and channel enablement.
• Drive client-centric solutions, oversee pre-sales, implementations and post-launch optimization.
• Program governance, cross-market tracking, and dashboards to measure growth.
• Lead the Acceptance Solutions team and special initiatives like instant settlement and mPOS/SoftPOS projects.
