Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Fluent English; basic Arabic preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
• Consult with customers on needs and service requirements; ensure the vehicle is fixed right first time.
• Provide a detailed explanation of work performed and costs at delivery to illustrate value.
• Effectively manage customer complaints to closure and maintain service quality metrics.
