Job summary

Deliveroo UAE is seeking a focused Business Development Manager to sign up and onboard premier restaurants and chains across the UAE. You will drive prospecting, pitching, and closing deals, while managing a robust pipeline and ensuring swift partner onboarding.

You will report to the Team Lead of your city and collaborate with the Commercial team to hit ambitious targets. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic or Hindi are a plus, and a strong track record in sales is required.

Qualifications

BSc/BA in business or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
Knowledge of the UAE restaurant landscape.
Demonstrable sales track record with prospecting, pitching, and closing deals.
Experienced negotiator and able to structure win-win deals for partners and Deliveroo.
Commercially knowledgeable about the economics of delivery for restaurant partners and Deliveroo.
Able to demonstrate product and industry knowledge to clients.
Take ownership and work towards demanding targets.
Strong communication skills with a proactive mindset.
Fluency in English; Hindi or Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

Restaurant acquisition: prospect, pitch, and close new restaurants in your territory (mostly inside sales).
Manage your pipeline and keep a healthy portfolio of leads.
Oversee partner onboarding to keep it quick and smooth.
Ensure partner success in the first weeks after signing.
Support the wider commercial team with ad-hoc projects.
