Job summary

Deliveroo is expanding its Commercial team in Dubai, seeking a Business Development Manager to sign up and onboard top UAE restaurants. You will manage your own pipeline, pitch partnerships, and close deals while ensuring rapid partner onboarding and ongoing success.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in sales, deep knowledge of the UAE restaurant scene, and a proven ability to structure win-win agreements. English fluency is essential; Arabic or Hindi is a plus.

Qualifications

• BSc/BA in business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Knowledge of the UAE restaurant landscape.
• Proven track record in prospecting, pitching, and closing deals.
• Strong negotiation skills with win-win mindset.
• Fluency in English; Hindi or Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Restaurant acquisition: prospect, pitch, and close new restaurants in the territory (inside sales).
• Oversee and manage your pipeline and portfolio for strong conversion rates.
• Oversee partner onboarding to ensure fast, smooth activation.
• Drive partner success in first weeks after signing.
• Support wider commercial projects and cross-functional initiatives.
