Job summary

Capital Motion UAE is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations across its diverse concepts in Abu Dhabi. You will lead the front-of-house team, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive service quality and efficiency.

You will coordinate service, kitchen, bar and host teams, monitor performance, mentor staff, and uphold health, safety, and brand standards while supporting financial and strategic goals.

Qualifications

As a Restaurant Manager at Capital Motion, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one of the company’s diverse restaurant concepts. You will lead the front-of-house team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain operational efficiency, and support the outlet’s financial and strategic goals. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to different service styles and environments across Capital Motion’s portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all aspects of restaurant operations, including service, staffing, and guest relations.
• Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
• Ensure smooth coordination between service, kitchen, bar, and host teams.
• Monitor daily performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and discretion.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all dining areas.
• Oversee scheduling, attendance, and productivity of restaurant staff.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Support inventory control, ordering, and cost management in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Assist in planning and executing special events, activations, and VIP services.

Operational Leadership

• Conduct daily briefings and service planning meetings.

Qualifications
