Job summary

Capital Motion UAE is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations across its diverse concepts in Abu Dhabi. You will lead the front-of-house team, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive service quality and efficiency.

You will coordinate service, kitchen, bar and host teams, monitor performance, mentor staff, and uphold health, safety, and brand standards while supporting financial and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in restaurant management.
• Strong leadership, team management, and guest service skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Solid understanding of F&B operations, financial controls, and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all aspects of restaurant operations, including service, staffing, and guest relations.
• Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver high-quality service.
• Coordinate service between front-of-house and kitchen, bar, and host teams.
• Monitor daily performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest feedback and special requests with professionalism.
• Oversee scheduling, attendance, and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and revenue planning.
• Plan and execute special events, VIP services, and activations.
