Job Description

The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the lounge restaurant, ensuring seamless service, exceptional guest experiences, and smooth coordination between front-of-house staff. This role includes supervising the service team, maintaining quality standards, resolving customer issues, and supporting the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the lounge restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, motivate, and support the service team, including servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses.
• Oversee table assignments, reservations, and guest flow to maximize efficiency and experience.
• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
