Job summary

Kerzner International seeks a Resort Kiosk Representative at Atlantis Dubai to greet guests, present options, and close sales while delivering 5-star service across the resort’s attractions and experiences.

You will manage inquiries, reservations, and payments for Dolphin Bay, Sea Lion Point, Marine Interactions, Cabana rentals, and related experiences, contributing to unforgettable guest memories in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

High School diploma required.
Experience with daily resort reception operations, reservation systems, call center and guest service activities.
Fluent in English; Arabic/Russian/Chinese a plus.

Responsibilities

Listen to guests and present options to make a sale.
Provide excellent customer service and sell the product that best fits guest needs.
Maintain and develop relationships with guests in person and via follow-up calls/emails.
Respond to guest inquiries in person, by email or by phone with 5-star service.
Advise guests on product developments and promotions; handle bookings across attractions.
Record sales and quotations accurately in the computer system.
