Kerzner International seeks a Resort Kiosk Representative at Atlantis Dubai to greet guests, present options, and close sales while delivering 5-star service across the resort’s attractions and experiences.

You will manage inquiries, reservations, and payments for Dolphin Bay, Sea Lion Point, Marine Interactions, Cabana rentals, and related experiences, contributing to unforgettable guest memories in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Experience with daily resort reception operations, reservation systems, call center and guest service activities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic/Russian/Chinese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Listen to guests and present options to make a sale.
• Provide excellent customer service and sell the product that best fits guest needs.
• Maintain and develop relationships with guests in person and via follow-up calls/emails.
• Respond to guest inquiries in person, by email or by phone with 5-star service.

The Representative, Resort Kiosk requires extensive guest interaction which needs to be maintained in a professional and friendly manner. The majority of the time, the Resort Kiosk Rep will be located in the East and West Towers, as well as the Leap of Faith Kiosk, but may be called upon to assist in all areas of the operation as required by the Management Team. Team members are responsible for handling guest queries, reservations/sales and customer service for all Dolphin Bay, Sea Lion Point, Marine Animal Interactions, as well as, Cabana Rentals at Aquaventure Water Park and the ATP Hotel Pool or as required by the Management Team. The position requires having extensive knowledge of all of the Atlantis the Palm Resort Activities pertaining to the 4 main attractions at Atlantis the Palm, as well as good product knowledge of the resort as a whole.

About the Role

• Listening to the guests requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
• Provide excellent customer service and selling the product that best suits the guests needs
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing guests in person and possible follow up via telephone calls and emails
• Responding to incoming guests either in person, via email and phone enquiries, in a matter that best represents Atlantis the Palm’s 5 Star Service
• Advising guests on product developments and discussing special promotions
• Challenging any objections with a view to getting the guests to buy
• Handling internal Attraction/Interaction bookings from Guest Services, Imperial Club, VIP Services, etc.
• Responding to emails in a timely manner
• Answering general queries for all programs in the Marine and Waterpark Division.
• Answering general queries for all parts of the resort.
• Processing of payments for interaction bookings
• Resolving guest queries, concerns and/or complaints
• Perform any and all tasks as assigned by your supervisors necessary within the operation of Dolphin Bay, Aquaventure Water Park, Sea Lion Point and The Lost Chambers Aquarium
• Other assigned duties necessitated by operational demand
• Representing their company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
• Familiar with Galaxy, eGalaxy and IOS operating Systems
• Reviewing your own performance in order to hit and exceed daily and monthly targets
• Check the daily inventory report for all inventoried interactions/cabana’s etc
• Accurately recording sales and order information, and entering figures into our computer system
• Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues
• Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with accurate quotations

About You

• Previous experience with B2C Sales and high quality guest service oriented organization
• High School degree required
• Previous experience with daily resort reception operations, reservation systems, call center operation, and guest service activities preferred
• The ability to anticipate and deliver superior guest service
• Ability to work outdoors, as well as, fast pace conditions
• Must be able to stand for long time periods, and be able to work in inclement weather conditions
• Ability to be flexible with work schedule including weekends and holidays
• The ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly
• Demonstrates the ability to communicate in a clear and professional manner
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and planning skills
• Proficient in the use of computer software and systems
• Essential to position & to executing job responsibilities. Fluent in English, (Arabic, Russian, Chinese a plus)
