Retail Clerk – Resort Sales in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is a guest‑facing retail opportunity for a customer‑focused sales professional who can support resort boutique operations, daily sales targets, product presentation, cashiering, stock control and luxury guest service. The role is suited for candidates who enjoy helping guests, working across indoor and outdoor retail locations, maintaining polished store standards and contributing to a memorable shopping experience within Atlantis Resorts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist them with product selection, size checks, pricing information, promotions and general retail inquiries.
• Support daily sales targets by recommending suitable products and creating a helpful shopping experience.
• Process purchases, exchanges and payment transactions accurately in line with company procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing retail displays across shelves, counters, fixtures and promotional areas.
• Replenish merchandise, check stock availability and support smooth movement of products between retail areas.
• Follow stock control procedures to help minimize loss, damage, shrinkage and incorrect handling of merchandise.
• Work on a rotational basis across indoor and outdoor resort retail locations as assigned.
• Understand guest needs quickly and provide suitable service for visitors from different cultures and backgrounds.
• Support team members during busy trading periods, peak resort hours, special events and high‑volume guest traffic.
• Follow guidance from Team Leaders and supervisors while maintaining professional conduct and accountability.
• Report stock issues, guest feedback, damaged items, pricing concerns or operational challenges to the senior team.
• Maintain personal grooming, punctuality and service standards expected in a luxury resort retail environment.
• Continue developing product knowledge, sales techniques, guest communication skills and operational awareness.

Ideal Profile / Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of sales, retail, cashiering, customer service, hospitality retail, boutique or resort shop experience.
• Fluency in English with clear verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to listen, guide and assist guests professionally.
• Basic cashiering, POS, stock handling and retail operations knowledge.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors depending on operational requirements.
• Good attention to detail when handling merchandise, payments, displays and stock procedures.
• Team‑oriented personality with integrity, flexibility and willingness to support colleagues.
• Proactive approach to learning, improving sales skills and understanding product ranges.
• Positive attitude with the ability to stay calm and helpful during busy resort trading periods.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, holidays and rotating schedules as required.
