With at least 2 years in a guest-facing role, you are well-groomed, confident, and proactive in delivering memorable experiences. Fluency in English is essential; a European language is a plus. UAE tax-free salary and benefits are offered.

About The Role

As a Lobby Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and welcoming arrival experience. You will assist guests with directions, check-in and check-out guidance, and any immediate requests while ensuring smooth guest flow throughout the lobby. Working closely with the Front Office team, you will help manage guest movement, minimise waiting times, and maintain exceptional service standards. You will build meaningful guest relationships, anticipate individual needs, provide personalised recommendations, and contribute to an outstanding luxury hospitality experience.

About You

You have at least 2 years of experience in a guest-facing operational role within a 5-star hotel environment and take pride in maintaining a professional and well-groomed appearance. Passionate about hospitality, you are committed to delivering memorable guest experiences through exceptional service and attention to detail. You are articulate, energetic, and confident in your communication, with strong written and verbal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera is preferred, along with the ability to work independently, confident in handling guest complaints, and remain composed in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in a European language is highly advantageous.
