Role Context

The Ticketing Agent – Resort Guest Services will help create a smooth and welcoming start to the guest journey at Aquaventure World. The role supports entry points, ticketing counters, cashier stations, resort kiosks, and guest service touchpoints where speed, accuracy, friendliness, and destination knowledge are essential. By guiding guests clearly and processing transactions carefully, the position helps improve arrival flow, reduce service delays, and strengthen the overall waterpark and resort experience.

Core Duties

• Welcome guests warmly at ticketing counters, entry points, kiosks, and resort information areas.
• Process ticket sales, upgrades, redemptions, payments, vouchers, and related transactions accurately.
• Handle cash, card, digital payment, and point‑of‑sale procedures in line with company standards.
• Provide guests with clear information about Aquaventure World attractions, slides, marine experiences, dining options, opening hours, and resort services.
• Support smooth entry operations by checking tickets, guiding queues, answering questions, and directing guests to the correct locations.
• Assist with resort kiosk services, guest inquiries, package details, promotional offers, and experience recommendations.
• Maintain a friendly and professional tone during high‑volume periods, peak arrival times, and busy guest interactions.
• Resolve basic guest concerns quickly and, when necessary, elevate complex issues to supervisors.
• Keep workstations, counters, displays, ticketing materials, and guest‑facing areas clean and organized.
• Coordinate with operations, attractions, guest services, retail, food and beverage, and security teams to support daily service flow.
• Follow ticketing policies, payment controls, fraud prevention steps, and guest data handling procedures.
• Report system issues, payment discrepancies, guest feedback, queue concerns, and operational challenges to the senior team.
• Represent Atlantis Resorts with confidence, warmth, accuracy, and attention to detail in every guest interaction.

Ideal Profile

• Previous experience in ticketing, cashiering, guest services, front office, theme park operations, waterpark operations, retail, tourism, or hospitality.
• Comfortable handling guest inquiries, payments, service requests, and fast‑moving queues.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly and politely.
• Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail when processing payments and ticket transactions.
• Confident personality with a friendly approach to guests from different cultures and age groups.
• Ability to work under pressure during busy resort days while maintaining a positive service attitude.
• Basic computer, POS, reservation, or ticketing system experience is an advantage.
