Atlantis Dubai is seeking a Resort Kiosk Representative to provide exceptional guest service, handle reservations, and drive sales across Dolphin Bay, Sea Lion Point, and Aquaventure attractions. You will work with a multilingual guest base, ensuring high standards of engagement in a fast-paced, luxury resort environment.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather, with a focus on delivering the 5-star service expected at Atlantis

Qualifications

• High School degree required.
• Previous experience with B2C sales.
• Experience with resort reception, reservations, call center and guest services preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic, Russian or Chinese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Listen to guest requirements and present appropriately to make a sale.
• Provide excellent customer service and sell the product that best suits the guest's needs.
• Maintain relationships with existing guests in person and via email/calls.
• Respond to emails/phone inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Handle reservations and payments for interactions and bookings.
• Assist with various guest services across Dolphin Bay, Sea Lion Point, and Aquaventure activities.
