Job summary

Mama Shelter Dubai is seeking a Resident Manager to lead day-to-day residential operations, guide the Gang, and ensure every stay feels seamless, personal and unmistakably MAMA.

You will build relationships with long-term residents, coach the residential services team, oversee leasing activities, occupancy, revenue, and costs while upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and guest service.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a high-volume hotel or hospitality environment.
• Genuine passion for looking after people and creating experiences.
• Strong problem-solving ability and calm under pressure.
• Understanding of occupancy, revenue, costs and operational performance.
• Team player who supports and develops the Gang.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day residential operations with energy and confidence.
• Build genuine relationships with long-term residents and ensure warm, personal interactions.
• Lead, coach, and develop the residential services team (Housekeeping, Maintenance, Concierge).
• Oversee leasing activities, renewals, occupancy records, and policies.
• Monitor occupancy, revenue, billing, rates, discounts, inventory and costs; support financial performance.
• Ensure units, amenities and facilities meet high standards of cleanliness, safety and maintenance.
• Resolve challenges with the GM and department heads to improve operations.
