Job summary

Mama Shelter Dubai is seeking a Resident Manager to lead the residential experience, ensuring residents feel at home and the team delivers warm, personal service.

You will oversee daily operations, manage leasing, occupancy and revenue while mentoring Housekeeping, Maintenance and Concierge to uphold the Mama vibe and exceptional guest care.

This role requires hands-on leadership, a passion for hospitality, strong problem-solving, and a proactive approach to safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of leadership experience in a high-volume hotel or hospitality environment.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Strong problem-solving with calm, proactive thinking.
• Understanding of occupancy, revenue, costs, and operational performance.
• Ability to coach and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily residential operations with energy and confidence.
• Build genuine relationships with long-term residents.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Concierge teams.
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and resident requests.
• Monitor occupancy, revenue, billing, and budgets.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Support leasing activities and tenant relations.
• Collaborate with GM and department heads to resolve challenges.
• Ensure the Mama vibe and welcoming environment.
