Job summary

Mama Shelter Dubai is seeking a Resident Manager to be the heart of the residence, leading a dynamic team and ensuring every stay feels seamless, personal, and unmistakably MAMA. You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, manage leasing activities and tenant relations, monitor occupancy and revenue, and champion safety, cleanliness, and exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

2–3 years of leadership experience in a high‑volume hotel or hospitality environment.
Hospitality is in your DNA and you genuinely enjoy looking after people.
Problem-solving is your superpower; you stay calm, think creatively, and make things happen.
You understand the business: occupancy, revenue, costs, billing, and operational performance.
Integrity, professionalism, accountability and respect are non‑negotiable.

Responsibilities

Oversee day‑to‑day residential operations.
Lead, coach, motivate and develop the residential services team (Housekeeping, Maintenance, Concierge).
Oversee leasing activities, renewals, occupancy records, and tenant relations.
Monitor occupancy, revenue, billing rates, discounts, inventory and costs while supporting financial performance.
Ensure units, communal areas and facilities meet high cleanliness, safety and regulatory standards.
