Job summary

Mama Shelter Dubai is seeking a Resident Manager to lead the residence and be the heart of the guest experience. You will oversee daily operations with passion, energy, and confidence to create an environment residents love to be in.

You will build genuine relationships with long-term residents, anticipate their needs, and ensure every interaction is warm, personal and memorable while coaching your Gang across Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Concierge.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a high-volume hotel or hospitality environment.
• Ability to mentor and develop a team (Gang).
• Excellent guest service orientation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day residential operations with passion and confidence.
• Build genuine relationships with long-term residents and anticipate needs.
• Lead, coach, and develop the residential services team (Housekeeping, Maintenance, Concierge).
• Oversee leasing activities, renewals, occupancy records, and tenant relations.
• Monitor occupancy, revenue, costs, and operational performance.
• Ensure facilities and amenities are maintained to high standards and regulatory compliance.
• Resolve challenges in collaboration with General Manager and department heads.
