Mama Shelter Dubai is seeking a Resident Manager to lead the residential experience, oversee daily operations, and manage a dedicated team across Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Concierge. You will nurture long-term resident relationships, ensure seamless stays, and maintain exceptional service standards in a vibrant, home-away-from-home atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day residential operations, lead with passion, energy, and confidence.
Build genuine relationships with long-term residents, anticipate their needs.
Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the residential services team.
Oversee check-ins, check-outs, requests, concerns, and follow-ups.
Monitor occupancy, revenue, billing, rates, discounts, inventory, and costs.
Ensure facilities are maintained to the highest standards and issues resolved quickly.
Ensure all operations meet cleanliness, health, safety standards.
Support leasing activities, renewals, and tenant relations while following policies.
