Job summary

This full-time position requires flexibility for various shifts, and previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome residents and guests to the lounge area.
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge area.
• Prepare and serve light refreshments, beverages, and snacks.
• Monitor and replenish lounge supplies and amenities.
