Responsibilities

Assist guests with reservations: Provide friendly and professional assistance with reservation enquiries, bookings, amendments, and cancellations, ensuring a smooth guest experience.
Maximize room sales: Identify opportunities to increase hotel revenue through proactive selling and up-selling while recommending suitable room types, packages, and offers.
Ensure reservation accuracy: Review and process reservations carefully, ensuring guest details, rates, preferences, and special requirements are correctly recorded and communicated.
Maintain guest service standards: Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing personalized service that reflects the light and warmth of Hilton hospitality.
Uphold brand and hotel standards: Follow Hilton brand standards, reservation procedures, credit policies, and hotel guidelines while maintaining accurate records and a professional work environment.
