Hilton Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Reservations Agent to accurately record and process reservations while maximizing room sales through proactive selling and up-selling, reflecting the warmth of Hilton hospitality.

The role requires delivering personalized guest service, ensuring reservation accuracy, and adhering to brand standards. Bachelor’s degree in hospitality and at least 1 year of relevant experience are preferred, with strong English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a similar/relevant field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality, reservations, or a similar role.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Assist guests with reservations: provide friendly and professional assistance with reservation enquiries, bookings, amendments, and cancellations.
• Maximize room sales: identify opportunities to increase hotel revenue through proactive selling and up-selling while recommending suitable room types, packages, and offers.
• Ensure reservation accuracy: review and process reservations carefully, ensuring guest details, rates, preferences, and special requirements are correctly recorded and communicated.
• Maintain guest service standards: respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing personalized service that reflects the light and warmth of Hilton hospitality.
• Uphold brand and hotel standards: follow Hilton brand standards, reservation procedures, credit policies, and hotel guidelines while maintaining accurate records and a professional work environment.
