Job summary

InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Reservations Agent. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling reservations, inquiries and upselling to maximise occupancy.

Fluent English, previous Reservations/Front Office experience, and strong communication are essential. The role includes a competitive salary, full uniform, generous room discounts and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Reservations or Front Office.
• Good communication skills with a warm, guest-focused approach.
• Fluent English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle individual and group reservations, amendments and cancellations.
• Respond to guest enquiries by phone and other channels in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate information on rates, promotions and packages.
• Upsell rooms and maximise occupancy and revenue.
• Coordinate with Sales and Front Office to ensure guest requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and daily logs.
