Job summary

Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, seeks a highly organized Reservations Agent to be the vital link between our guests and the property, delivering exceptional service while handling reservations with precision.

You will process leisure and group bookings, manage emails and calls, monitor voicemail, and produce daily reports for assigned segments in collaboration with Sales, Front Office and Accounting to meet client expectations.

• Process reservations for leisure, group, tour, and FIT segments.
• Manage communications via email and phone, monitor voicemail.
• Produce and audit daily reports and update records.
• Collaborate with Sales, Front Office, and Accounting to meet client expectations.
• Handle multiple priorities with accuracy.
• Assist with duties across reservations segments to support team.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
