Responsibilities

• Manage individual room reservations via phone, email, booking channels, and website platforms.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of room types, availability, and hotel policies.
• Review and verify booking details, payments, and special requests prior to arrival.
• Process payments and handle documentation for advance purchase and corporate bookings.
• Identify and communicate upselling opportunities such as room upgrades and dining experiences.
• Support revenue strategy by analyzing booking patterns and optimizing conversion rates.
• Drive direct bookings and maintain consistency across OTA platforms.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, and Revenue teams.
• Maintain accurate rooming lists, billing instructions, and guest preferences.
