Job summary

Grand Hyatt Dubai is seeking a Reservations Agent to enhance guest experiences by managing reservations with accuracy and a guest-focused approach. You will input and maintain bookings in the Property Management System and coordinate with Front Office and Sales to ensure booking accuracy.

Arabic fluency is required, and prior GSO or reservations experience is preferred. The role offers UAE visa sponsorship, meals, transportation, accommodation, and hotel-wide discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience as a GSO or Reservations Agent.
• Arabic language fluency is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Opera or other Property Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems.
• Accurately input and manage reservations in the Property Management System.
• Promote packages and special offers to enhance the guest experience.
• Coordinate with the Front Office and Sales teams to ensure booking accuracy.
• Handle group bookings and special requests with great attention to detail.
