Job summary

Hyatt in Dubai seeks a Reservations Agent to enhance guest experience by managing bookings accurately and efficiently. You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems, input and manage reservations in the Property Management System, and promote packages to elevate the guest journey.

You will coordinate with Front Office and Sales to ensure booking accuracy, handle group reservations and special requests, and bring a proactive, guest-focused approach to a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic is required.
• Experience as a Reservations Agent or GSO is preferred.
• Proficiency with Opera PMS or similar PMS is expected.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems.
• Accurately input and manage reservations in the Property Management System.

• Work experience as a GSO or Reservations Agent
• Fluency in Arabic language is a must
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
