Job summary

Grand Hyatt Dubai is seeking a Guest Service Officer - Reservations to support the Reservations Department in delivering Hyatt’s brand standards and exemplary guest service.

You will assist the Director of Reservations, coordinate with Marketing and Sales, and help maximise room yield through inventory control while ensuring smooth guest experiences.

This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach within a dynamic hotel environment.

Overview

The GSO - Reservations assists the Director of Reservations in managing the Reservations Department and collaborates with Hyatt Marketing and Sales and other Rooms Departments to maximise room yield through Inventory Control while delivering exceptional customer service in line with Hyatt’s Brand Standards.
