The role emphasizes accurate reservation management, guest information accuracy, and opportunities to upsell; fluent English is required, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in Reservations or Front Office in a hotel environment.
• Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
• Good sales ability with the confidence to convert enquiries and upsell opportunities.
• Knowledge of hotel PMS and reservation systems is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• UAE hotel experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservation enquiries by telephone, email and other booking channels in a professional and timely manner.
• Process, amend and cancel reservations accurately in the hotel system.
• Provide guests with information on room types, rates, packages and hotel facilities.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and identify opportunities to upsell rooms and hotel services.
• Ensure guest profiles, preferences and reservation details are accurately recorded.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Follow hotel reservation procedures, rate guidelines and service standards at all times.
