Job summary

Radisson Fujairah is seeking an experienced Reservations Supervisor to join our opening team. You will supervise daily reservations operations, support the team in converting inquiries into bookings, and ensure every reservation is handled accurately and efficiently while maximizing revenue opportunities.

You will coordinate with Front Office, Sales and Revenue, train staff, monitor availability and rates across channels, and look for upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel Reservations, preferably in a supervisory or senior role.
• Strong knowledge of reservations procedures, room types, rates and distribution channels.
• Good commercial awareness with a focus on conversion and revenue optimization.
• Experience with hotel PMS and reservations systems; Opera knowledge is advantageous.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• UAE hotel and pre-opening experience are advantages.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the Reservations function and support the team in delivering efficient and professional service Handle and oversee individual and group reservations ensuring accuracy of rates packages and guest information Maximize booking conversion and identify opportunities to upsell rooms packages and hotel services Monitor room availability rates and booking conditions across reservation channels Ensure reservations are processed accurately and in accordance with hotel procedures and standards Coordinate closely with Front Office Sales Revenue and other departments to ensure smooth communication and guest experiences Train guide and support Reservations team members and ensure consistent service standards Assist with reports booking audits and other departmental requirements as needed
