Job summary

Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown in Dubai seeks a warm Reservations Agent to respond to enquiries, present our rooms, and guide guests through the booking journey with professionalism.

You will work with Front Office, Sales and Revenue teams to convert inquiries into confirmed reservations, upsell offers, and maintain accurate records, ensuring a seamless guest experience from first contact to arrival.

Qualifications

• Previous reservations or front office experience.
• Excellent communication and sales skills.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS or similar system is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservations, enquiries, amendments and special requests with warmth.
• Showcase rooms and services and upsell opportunities.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales and Revenue teams for accurate bookings.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and monitor availabilities.
