Job summary

Radisson Hotel Fujairah is seeking a friendly Reservations Agent to join the opening team. You will handle guest enquiries, provide information on room types and facilities, and turn inquiries into bookings while creating a positive first impression.

The role requires excellent communication, English fluency, and the ability to upsell rooms and services. UAE hotel experience is an advantage. This is an exciting chance to grow with a global brand in Fujairah.

Qualifications

• Experience in Reservations or Front Office in a hotel.
• Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
• Ability to upsell and convert enquiries.
• Knowledge of hotel PMS and reservation systems is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; additional languages preferable.
• Team player in a fast-paced environment.
• UAE hotel experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservation enquiries by phone, email and other channels professionally.
• Process, amend and cancel reservations in the hotel system.
• Provide guests with information on room types, rates, packages and facilities.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and upsell hotel services.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and reservation details.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales and other departments for a seamless guest experience.
• Follow reservation procedures and rate guidelines.
