Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown, part of InterContinental Hotels Group, seeks a Reservations Agent to guide guests from enquiry to booking with warmth, professionalism and accuracy.

As the first contact, you will showcase rooms and neighbourhood experiences, handle changes, and collaborate with Front Office, Sales and Revenue to convert opportunities into confirmed stays.

Previous reservations or front office experience, strong communication, and a knack for upselling are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in reservations, front office, or a guest-focused role.
• Strong communication and sales skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS or a similar hotel system is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservations, enquiries, amendments, and special requests with warmth and professionalism.
• Showcase rooms, facilities, dining experiences, and neighbourhood to guests.
• Promote offers, packages, and upsell opportunities while ensuring accuracy of bookings.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Sales, Revenue and other hotel teams to ensure clear communication and guest preferences are followed.
