Qualifications

• Experience in Reservations or Front Office in a hotel.

Job Description

Are you passionate about hospitality and enjoy helping guests plan the perfect stay? We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and service-oriented Reservations Agent to join our opening team at Radisson Hotel Fujairah.

As a Reservations Agent, you will often be one of the first points of contact for our guests. You will handle reservation enquiries, provide accurate information about the hotel and its services, and turn enquiries into bookings while creating a positive first impression of Radisson Hotel Fujairah.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle reservation enquiries by telephone, email and other booking channels in a professional and timely manner.
• Process, amend and cancel reservations accurately in the hotel system.
• Provide guests with information on room types, rates, packages and hotel facilities.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and identify opportunities to upsell rooms and hotel services.
• Ensure guest profiles, preferences and reservation details are accurately recorded.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Follow hotel reservation procedures, rate guidelines and service standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Reservations, Front Office or a similar guest service role, preferably within a hotel environment.
• Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
• Good sales ability with the confidence to convert enquiries and identify upselling opportunities.
• Knowledge of hotel PMS and reservation systems is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• UAE hotel experience is an advantage.
