Job summary

Radisson Hotel Fujairah is seeking a seasoned Reservations Supervisor to lead an opening reservations team and drive guest satisfaction. You will oversee daily reservations operations, ensure accurate rate quotes, and support revenue growth through effective upselling and conversion strategies.

The role requires prior reservations experience in hotels, strong knowledge of distribution channels, and excellent communication in English (Arabic an advantage). UAE pre-opening experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel Reservations, preferably in a supervisory or senior reservations role.
• Strong knowledge of hotel reservations procedures, room types, rates and distribution channels.
• Good commercial awareness with a focus on conversion and revenue optimization.
• Experience with hotel PMS and reservations systems; knowledge of Opera is an advantage.
• Confident communication and guest service skills.
• Fluent in English; ability to converse in Arabic language is an advantage.
• UAE hotel and pre-opening experience are advantages.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the Reservations function and support the team in delivering efficient and professional service.
• Handle and oversee individual and group reservations, ensuring accuracy of rates, packages and guest information.
• Maximize booking conversion and identify opportunities to upsell rooms, packages and hotel services.
• Monitor room availability, rates and booking conditions across reservation channels.
• Ensure reservations are processed accurately and in accordance with hotel procedures and standards.
• Coordinate closely with Front Office, Sales, Revenue and other departments to ensure smooth communication and guest experiences.
• Train, guide and support Reservations team members and ensure consistent service standards.
• Assist with reports, booking audits and other departmental requirements as needed.
