Job summary

Servme in Dubai is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive top-of-the-funnel growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects across restaurants, F&B groups, and hospitality brands.

You will own outbound prospecting, book meetings and demos, and help build a predictable sales pipeline, collaborating with Sales and Marketing to convert opportunities. The role requires 2-4 years in B2B SaaS sales and fluent English/Arabic, with willingness to travel locally.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or B2B sales.
• Proven ability to generate qualified opportunities through outbound and inbound channels.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; willingness to travel locally for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound prospecting across assigned territories and target accounts.
• Identify, research, and engage target accounts via cold calls, emails, and social selling.
• Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation to support revenue growth.
• Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the Sales team and nurture leads.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
