Job summary

Deel is hiring an SDR Enterprise to break into new accounts and build relationships across multiple contacts within target segments. You will collaborate with the sales team, conduct market research to identify new potential customers, and qualify leads by understanding onboarding approaches.

You will drive inbound and outbound prospecting, craft email sequences, and map lead generation processes to support marketing activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales development or similar outbound commercial role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote team environment.
• Proven track record of achieving targets in a quota-carrying role.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
• You are fluent in Turkish and English.

Responsibilities

• Drive Deel's growth through inbound and outbound prospecting to generate leads and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to build the Sales Playbook and optimize tech stack.
• Educate leads via calls, emails, events, webinars, and campaigns.
• Map and analyze lead generation processes and handoff to Account Executives.
• Create email sequences and perform cold calling to penetrate accounts.
• Follow up with leads to set meetings.
