Job summary

Division50 Llc is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team immediately. The role focuses on B2B outbound campaigns targeting companies across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, identifying decision-makers, qualifying needs, and booking qualified meetings for the sales team.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of outbound sales experience, strong English communication, and comfort working remotely with KPI-driven targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B cold calling, SDR, telesales, or outbound sales.
• Proven experience making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Experience targeting the UAE and/or Saudi Arabian market.
• Strong spoken English and professional communication skills.
• Immediate availability is required.
• Experience with CRM systems and maintaining accurate call records.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume B2B cold calls to prospects across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
• Identify and connect with relevant decision-makers, including HR, Administration, Facilities, and Operations leaders.
• Qualify prospects based on company profile, workforce size, current processes, pain points, and business needs.
• Identify companies managing large contractual, temporary, or distributed workforces.
• Conduct professional discovery conversations and identify potential business opportunities.
• Handle objections confidently and maintain control of cold calls.
• Book qualified meetings with interested prospects.
• Maintain accurate prospect information, call feedback, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Consistently achieve daily calling, qualification, and meeting-booking KPIs.
