Job summary

Armstrong Fluid Technology is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the MEA region, based remotely with travel to Dubai. You will lead sales strategy, grow the regional pipeline, and manage a sales team to meet revenue targets.

The role requires strong HVAC knowledge, CRM proficiency, and a proven track record in high-value B2B sales. English and Arabic experience is preferred; willingness to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical or Automation with sales exposure.
• Substantial sales management experience, HVAC industry preferred.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets and growing regional revenue.
• Sales network experience with consultants and M&E contractors is a plus.
• Fluent English and Arabic preferred; strong CRM and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategy to penetrate regional market and meet revenue goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research, prepare reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Oversee end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and customer service to optimize results.
